We were blown away when we arrived. The owners were waiting to greet us and opened the main gates to the villa grounds. They’d also arranged for our transfer taxi to be at the airport when we landed. The villa itself is immaculate inside and out, with loads of space and a modern feel throughout. It was our first time staying in a villa, and we’ve been spoilt. We were four adults and two children, aged 9 and 12, staying for 10 nights in May 2025. Alykes, the nearest village, is a flat 10-15 minute walk away, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Alakanas is a livelier option, about a flat 20-25 minute walk away. Rua Mat restaurant is there and a must when visiting. It serves amazing Greek food as well as pizzas, burgers and kids’ meals, and it’s absolutely beautiful. We’d definitely recommend the villa and location, and we’ll definitely be back.

Our family holiday here was so enjoyable, and I’d be very happy to return. We stayed for a week in May, and the villa was outstanding. It was even bigger than it looks in the photos, and the host gave us a warm welcome and all the information we needed. Inside was amazing and spotlessly clean, with cleaning every other day. We ordered takeaway twice from Rua Mat restaurant in Alykanas, and both meals were delicious. Many thanks for a lovely stay in such a beautiful place.

A fantastic place, with a large BBQ and plenty of seating outside. The en suite bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen diner has all the modern conveniences. Everything was immaculately clean and very modern. There’s also a good-sized pool with a waterfall and jacuzzi.

We loved the peaceful, private setting, and the sea isn’t very far away. The villas owner was so polite and welcoming, and did everything he could to make us happy. It was the hospitality and services as much as the place itself that impressed us.
