Ipsos Holidays Resort Corfu

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and we had Netflix on the TV. The cleaners and receptionist were lovely and accommodating. When we arrived, our room had broken air conditioning, but after I WhatsApp messaged the manager, they kindly moved us that same night to a nicer room with better air conditioning. Even so, neither room cooled well, so we left the key in our room each day because it took all day to get cool. The paid breakfast wasn’t worth the money: dry bread, some juice and loaf cake. The kitchenette didn’t work either. The pool turned both of my swimsuits green because it wasn’t cleaned regularly, which really upset me. It’s not a bad hotel, but the old air conditioning units need replacing, and the general services, including breakfast, need more upkeep to justify the price.

The room equipment was in very poor condition, both for hygiene and function. Hot water wasn’t always available, especially on cloudy days.

The terrace was spacious and nice, though mine faced a football field. That was the only good thing I noticed. The room was awful: dirty coffee-stained cups were there when we arrived, the hallways were so narrow I could barely walk through, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak. The bathroom was old and cramped, and even thinner people would struggle to reach the toilet. At 220+ lbs, I could barely turn around in the shower tub. The shower fitting was gross, and the water temperature kept changing. The beds were terribly hard, and my back was killing me after the first night. I’m sure I’ll never come back to this resort. Don’t trust the Booking pictures. I strongly recommend avoiding it if you don’t want to be disappointed, and I’m not someone who usually complains about every little thing.

The pool was really nice, and everything was clean during our stay. The cleaning lady came every day to tidy the room. The staff were kind and pleasant, and the price was very good for what you get. I’d recommend staying here.
