The beach bar became one of our favorite spots: it’s a nice place to relax during the day, and breakfast is served there every morning with a direct sea view. The pool was calm and inviting, the beach just steps away, and tavernas and shops were close by. We really wanted to stay at Esperides Beach Hotel Apartments, so we booked two different rooms during our holiday to make it work. It was absolutely worth it. Our flight landed after 9 PM, but the owner still welcomed us late that evening, which made us feel at home straight away. The first apartment was newly renovated and modern. Later we moved to a two-bedroom apartment that hadn’t been updated, but it was still comfortable and perfectly fine. The spacious layout and practical kitchenette are handy for families or anyone who likes to cook. With its warm, family-run hospitality and seaside setting, Esperides suited both families and couples looking for a relaxed holiday.

The shared parking lot next door can be tricky: it’s supposed to be common, but by the end of the day it fills up. The hotel itself was wonderful, especially the sea-view rooms and breakfast. Service was pleasant, and the breakfast staff were helpful and nice. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Chania Old Town, so with transport it’s a wonderful spot.

Breakfast was outstanding, made with top-quality products, and you get to eat with a sea view. The location is wonderful, with a fantastic restaurant at the back and the sea in sight. A great host and a spacious, modern room made it feel like home. If you’re after a memorable rest away from busy places, this is the place.

We were here for a week and loved the warm, helpful staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Nights can get a bit noisy, so light sleepers might want earplugs. We’d absolutely recommend staying here.
