We stayed here with friends in August 2025, and I regretted the choice. The property is budget-friendly and well located, about a 15-minute walk from town. The staff were friendly, service was relatively good, the beds were comfortable, and the room, sheets and towels were clean. There was also free parking on the property. But hot water was a serious problem. Nine of the ten times we showered, the water was cold, and adjacent rooms had the same issue. Four rooms share a very limited supply, which is unacceptable. A metal structure belonging to the rooms sat just two metres from ours, and mice and rats ran through it every 15 minutes overnight. Being on an island near vegetation doesn't make this okay; it's a basic cleanliness and health concern, and I don't want to see rats where I'm staying. The steep, rough uphill path from the main entrance also makes the apartment unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. There are no shutters, and some rooms don't even have screens.

The walk up to the rooms is a little steep, but manageable. We loved staying here and couldn't recommend it more. The beach is just across the road, and Katarina was wonderful. Staff welcomed us with gifts and gave restaurant, bar and beach tips tailored to what we like. The rooms were always clean and well equipped. They can arrange airport transfers, and rental vehicles are cheaper through them.

Nina was so helpful and arranged a free ride to the airport on the day I left. My room had lovely decor and fantastic views over Megali Amos beach. It was kept clean and had everything I needed, including a fridge, a safe and great air conditioning.

We came with three young kids, aged 4, 6 and 8, and found the place ideal. There's a beach just across the road, though you do have to cross the road, and several restaurants on the beach. Two supermarkets and a bus stop are close by. The property is near the main town but far enough out to avoid the nightlife. Buses to the attractive beaches and town run very well, and inexpensive cars are available too. There's free parking on site, and the owner was very helpful. We highly recommend it.

Nina and the rest of the staff made me feel welcome straight away, and went far out of their way to help me during and after my stay. The room was great, with a kitchenette and comfortable beds, and the incredible sea view from the balcony was perfect for morning coffee. It's just steps from the beach. I can't say enough good things about this place, and I'll be back as soon as I can.
