Georgia’s cozy rooms #4

The apartment worked out fine for the price, and having a private parking spot was a real plus. The terrace looks out over the sea, though unfinished construction is also in view. It’s uphill, so getting to the beach every day could be hard for older people. The city beach is close, but we didn’t care for it. We got there before check-in just to find the apartment. The host and cleaner were there, and the host initially thought we wanted to go in right away, so she was a bit rude. Once she understood, she was friendlier and we had a good chat. The cleaner wrapped up quickly, which meant we could get in very early. Thanks for that. During the stay the host left us alone, which was nice, but overall she wasn’t very helpful. She answered a few questions, though we didn’t feel much kindness, even at checkout, when we had to contact her first. We explored the city by ourselves. A few things in the apartment could use attention. The coffee kettle didn’t work, there was no “dzezva”, and the fridge, kettle, and toaster shared an outlet. We had to unplug the fridge to use the other appliances, and some food spoiled before we figured that out. The kitchen could use more equipment. There was a small line of light under the closed door, no extra bed linen, and no floor mop that we could find. They don’t change the linen during the stay. There were just two pillows, and neither was comfortable for us. Everything else was fine. A few small improvements would make the place much better, but it’s still 👌👌👌

I had just one night in town and was glad I found Georgia's place. The room was huge, with a kitchen, balcony, and a view. Georgia was very kind, gave me good directions, and stopped by to say hello. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

Georgia and her apartments are easy to praise. The amenities were great, everything inside was clean, including the bathroom, and there are dedicated parking spots. Even little touches are considered, like providing a toilet paper brand that isn’t the cheapest.

The house really lives up to its name, the rooms are super cozy, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. It’s above the beach, where we spent every morning, and we made so many memories there. Georgia, the owner, was incredibly helpful and made us feel at home. She let us arrive three hours before our scheduled check-in, and she and her family were quick to help whenever we needed anything. They even helped us get the grill ready for a barbecue. We’d be so happy to come back for a reunion!
