Odysseus Apartments

It’s a basic hotel with big, decent rooms, but the double bed is just two singles pushed together. The staff were rude and extremely unhelpful, especially the older guy working nights. Designer clothes were stolen from my room, and the staff seemed completely uninterested.

We had a lovely, relaxing holiday and prefer this time of year, before it gets busy. The location is great, close to the pool, shops, beach, bars and restaurants, but at the top of the strip where it’s quieter. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good too, and the pool bar staff were great.

Just got back from 11 great days. The room was basic but clean, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. The poolside was lovely, the loungers and WiFi were free, and the staff were friendly. There’s a 24-hour bar with friendly staff, supermarkets right outside, and bars and restaurants basically on the strip. Don’t be put off by the reviews.

I can’t smell, but apparently there’s a hum from the septic tank right outside our room. The room itself was basic. The bathroom seemed to be set up as a wet room, but the shower head pointed at the toilet, which wasn’t a good idea. The staff made up for it, with great service from Nikos, the barman, and our room maid, who did a fantastic job.
