My room was dirty, and there were bedbugs in the beds. I was bitten, and some of my cosmetics and clothes went missing. My friend's gold jewellery was stolen too. My belongings ended up mixed with those of other renters in the bedroom. A shirt of mine was ruined by the cleaning service, though I'm not sure whether she used it to mop the floor. The room was cleaned only twice during our nine-day stay, and we weren't given trash bags or toilet paper. The owner kept our deposit by claiming towels or sheets had been stolen. I told her she'd been given a specific amount and had no way to report missing items to her, and I also told her about the theft. She yelled, “get the fu** out of my hotel”. My only regret is that we didn't call the cops.

Everything here is amazing. Don't book through booking to come here.

There were bedbugs in the room, and no hot water, so even taking a shower was unpleasant. At first there was no water at all, and when it finally came, it was cold. The website photos were misleading. The rooms hadn't been renovated and the standard was very poor. There were only two towels and sheets for three people, which was unacceptable. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and towels and bed linen weren't changed once during our stay. The owner was unpleasant and completely incompetent. She wouldn't help with any of the problems or clean the room, and yelled at guests who raised the issues. My stay was a complete disaster. I strongly recommend this property!

The location was quite good, but the other parts of the stay were a letdown. We had no hot water for the whole time. I can understand a temporary outage, but having none throughout was a real bummer. The bathroom looked very nice and clearly had been renovated, yet its drain was clogged from day one and the room kept flooding. We reported it, but it wasn't fixed until three days later. Our room was cleaned just once in 10 days, and we used the same towels throughout the trip. There were no outdoor trash cans and nowhere to dispose of rubbish inside the hotel, so without housekeeping we had to take it to a container on the street. I'd rate the accommodation 2/5. It met my minimum expectations, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.
