We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed meeting Ioannis and his brother. They’re discreet and helpful. The place is clean and well equipped, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. It’s wonderfully peaceful, less than five minutes on foot from Agios Stefanos, the most beautiful beach on Kos, and just a minute from Jim supermarket. Highly recommended.

It’s peaceful, with a garden view away from the road, and conveniently located five minutes from the beach and two minutes from the supermarket. But we didn’t find it very clean on arrival, especially the small bathroom, where the tiny shower really needs updating. The kitchen barely has any cooking utensils, just three different glasses and three different plates. I don’t think it was worth what we paid, and €56 in tourist tax for a week seems excessive.

The owners are really kind and available whenever needed, without getting in your way. There’s a lot of greenery and it’s peaceful, close to the beach, bus stop, supermarkets and restaurants. The basic studio has a fantastic terrace or loggia overlooking the garden and orchard, with plenty of room to eat outside. The value for money is unbeatable. I’d only add a ceiling fan in the living room and kitchen, since the split air conditioning is just in the bedroom.
