Domotel Kastri

While on a business trip in Athens, I picked the hotel for its excellent location. Then I caught a virus and had to go to hospital. Being alone in a foreign country while ill and vulnerable was really hard, but the staff made all the difference. They supported me through it and looked after me as I recovered at the hotel. I'm deeply grateful for their compassion and dedication, especially the reception team and the blonde-haired housekeeping colleague. The whole staff showed outstanding professionalism, care, and support. Thank you all for everything. Greetings from Switzerland, and I hope I can return soon.

I couldn't be at the hotel during breakfast, and for religious reasons I can't eat most of the food in the dining room. I asked if fruit and vegetables could be brought to my room, and the staff kindly took care of it. I also appreciated the front desk service, and the room cleaners do excellent work. Many thanks for the excellent service.

The beautiful building and green surroundings made for a pleasant atmosphere, and the quiet location added to my comfort. I was there on a business trip and had a pleasant stay overall. My room was spacious and clean, which I appreciated, though the lighting was an issue: the main light felt too bright and uncomfortable, and the reading lamp didn't work. I only had breakfast, and it was tasty with plenty of choices. The breakfast room was cozy, bright, and nicely arranged, a lovely place to start the day.

We got in around 11 pm, after the kitchen had closed, but the lady still served us coffee. Everyone was very nice and looked after us well, and breakfast was very good. The room was small but enough for our needs. We'll come back.
