This is a very unique place, one of the oldest houses on Kimolos, and we recommend staying here. It’s in Horio town square, among bars, restaurants, a children’s playground and three churches. There are two verandas, a kitchen for cooking, and bathing towels to take to the beach. The mini market, takeaway food and bakery are two minutes away; the bus stop by the post office is a four-minute walk uphill. There’s good a/c, fans and wifi, and it’s cleaned every day. Run by Aria hotels, with reception in the port. Ask them for help with transport up from the port.

It’s quiet and peaceful here, while still close to everything. The traditional apartment has been modernized and is in the central Campo of the Chora. It’s well equipped for cooking for yourself, and there’s air-conditioning if you need it. A truly unique place to stay. I could honestly spend a month here!
