We stayed in the ground-floor stone apartment at Efmar Residences in Gytheio. It had a private garden and a lovely veranda, both great for relaxing, and the beach was a stunning 5-minute walk away. Restaurants and a supermarket were close by too. Inside, the apartment was spacious and cozy, with a fully working kitchen, a large-shower bathroom, and lots of storage. The design was beautiful and it was thoughtfully equipped. The staff were welcoming, and it made an ideal base for exploring the Southern Peloponnese. We’d love to come back.

The balcony had breathtaking views, making it a lovely place for coffee in the morning or the sunset in the evening. I slept well in the very comfortable bed, and the full kitchen was handy when I wanted a quiet meal in. The residence was spacious, spotless, and decorated with high-end furnishings and finishes. From the warm welcome and personal service to the thoughtful amenities and design, everything made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. Efmar Exclusive Residences blends modern elegance with a calm, comfortable atmosphere. It’s a first-class choice for a romantic break, family holiday, or peaceful retreat. I highly recommend it and will be back.

The two stone towers are solidly built and pleasing to look at, with four holiday homes inside. They’re nicely appointed, well furnished, and equipped for short or longer stays throughout the year. You can walk to the supermarket, beach, tavernas, and cafes, and Gythio is close by.

Efmar is a beautiful home in a great location, presented immaculately with all the little details taken care of. We had a really lovely week and will definitely make it a regular stay.
