The view from the studios is breathtaking, just like the pictures and even better. Although breakfast wasn’t part of the price, we got fresh fruit and some extras on our first morning. The studios are very clean and tidy, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Our boat to Milos was delayed, so reception waited more than four hours, until midnight, and greeted us with a smile. We really appreciated that. It isn’t cheap, but it’s good value for money, especially on an island like Milos where decent accommodation is hard to find.

Dimitris made our visit special with tips on the best restaurants, beaches, and tours. The rooms were lovely and spotless, with a huge balcony looking out to sea. It’s a great base for exploring the island, about ten minutes from the port. We’ll definitely come back, really recommend it 👌

The complex has four carefully furnished, airy, clean studios with a panoramic south-facing terrace over Kipos Bay, and it’s extremely quiet. But make sure you check in person which apartment is being offered. The fifth one, on the lower level, is much smaller and reached from a little terrace covered in cardinal red bougainvillea. That unit has a tiny bedroom and entrance area with a minimal kitchenette, around 5 square meters, plus a bathroom and bedroom area in an elegant alcove...?!) below ground level. There are no windows or adequate ventilation, and it feels stuffy, probably because of the hot ground around it. There’s no furniture in that room, just a clothes rail with hangers. The staff advise you to carefully check the apartment before paying, to avoid unpleasant disputes afterward.

Thina, the owner, is lovely and helps however she can. Her advice is worth following. The studio was very clean and had everything we needed, with a terrace overlooking the sea. It’s in a quiet area that’s still easy to get to.
