We could step straight out to the Kissamos seafront and promenade, which was great. The service was excellent too. Our villa had a Nordic designer feel, with plenty of room for our three-generation family to relax separately or spend time together. The idea of a handful of luxury villas around a pool that’s just the right size for kids works really well.

I stayed here a couple of years back and still remember how clean and high quality the place was. It’s in a great location, and the lovely man who owns and runs it made the stay even nicer. Highly recommend.

Christopher made sure we felt welcome, shared useful local tips, and checked that we had what we needed. The outdoor pool, gardens, and loungers were a lovely place to unwind after exploring, and Telonio Beach, restaurants, and shops in Kissamos are only a short walk away. The villas at Limosa Luxury Residences are modern, spacious, and spotless. We slept well in the cozy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and enjoyed relaxing in the living area and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. A really comfortable stay, and a great way to experience Crete. We can’t wait to return.

The staff were friendly, and keeping the place clean clearly matters to them. The villas are lovely, but Christopher is what gives Limosa its heart. We appreciated how welcoming he was, his recommendations for restaurants, bakeries, attractions, and medical centers, and how available he was when we had questions. His honesty, passion, and effort to help guests feel at home and build a real connection really stood out. We won’t forget our time at Limosa or Christopher. The villas are modern, fully furnished, and very well equipped, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning, and shutters in every room. It’s family friendly too, with a highchair, baby bed, pools for kids and adults, and a playground an 8 min walk away. The center of Kissamos, supermarkets, and plenty of tavernas with delicious food and great service are easy to reach. Five stars don’t feel like enough. I wish this were my home!
