The agreed price changed on the day we left, and I still don't know what the extra €5 per day was for. There goes €20 I feel I was ripped off for. Housekeeping was just whenever they felt like it, including towel changes. I complained, but got the impression he didn't care. Good luck reaching anyone by phone if you need something.

There's a strange smell in the property. The rooms are very dark, and the internet barely works.

We were welcomed warmly, and the room was clean, with the towels and sheets smelling of soap. They even left insect repellent for the mosquitoes. It's a quiet, peaceful guesthouse, handy for the center of Kokkari, with parking just behind it. The place has a nostalgic feel and is budget friendly. Air conditioning costs €5 a day, but between the ceiling fan and the breeze in Kokkari, we didn't need it. We had no problems and appreciated the kind hospitality.

We didn't run into any problems, and the people were just as great as the place. A relaxing holiday spot I'd happily recommend. It'll be our first choice when we come to kokkari again ❤️❤️❤️

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the location is just right. It's a lovely, calm boutique hotel, and Nico was kind and helpful.
