Villa Maria Hotel was perfect for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely mountain view. It was only a 3-4 minute walk to the center, and I went on foot to the beaches, restaurants, and center. Vassili, the owner, was very friendly and helpful.

A nice place to stay in Samos-Kokkari, close to downtown at about a 5-6 minute walk, and there's parking. The rooms were very clean and the staff really nice. The building felt a bit old, so I think some renovation would help, and the Wi-Fi was a little weak. Still, strongly recommended.

Vassilis was so thoughtful and resourceful, and had lots of good advice about the island. We felt at home at Villa Maria. It's on a quiet street, but Kokkari beach and the restaurants are only about a five-minute walk away. Our ground-floor room had no view, which actually helped during the hottest days since it stayed cool day and night. It had been recently renovated, so everything was brand new and sparkling clean. Samos is beautiful, and Villa Maria was a great choice. Thank you very much!

The owner was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and the list of places to see and foods to try was a big help. When we got a parking ticket with our rental car, he insisted it shouldn't interrupt our holiday and paid it for us. Such a considerate gesture. The spotless hotel is an easy walk from Kokkari center and has a stunning view. This might be what made our visit to Samos truly special. Thank you for everything!

This place feels like a piece of heaven, and it's our home in Samos. Nina cleans the hotel so well every day, and Vassilis, the owner, is generous, friendly, and our best friend. We had a small kitchen, but Kokkari center is very close and has so many good places to eat. Thank you for everything, see you next year! ♥️🇬🇷🙏🏻
