The private beach was the highlight for us: calm, uncrowded, and fun for our five-year-old, who loved the kayaks and SUPs and didn’t want to leave. The apartment was spotless, had cooking facilities and everything else we needed, and every room looked out over the sea. Zoi was a fantastic host, always helpful and full of good restaurant and sightseeing tips. We loved our stay so much that we’re already planning to come back. A real find for families visiting Skiathos.

I almost don’t want to write this because I’d love to keep the place to myself and book the same spot every year. It’s peaceful, with a secluded beach, private sunbeds and an umbrella that we used daily. The apartment was beautifully furnished and very clean, with a comfortable bed, beach towels and everything we needed. Zoe was so kind and happy to help with anything.

This was our third holiday at Kolios House, and owner Zoe made us feel part of the family again. The apartments are lovely, with gorgeous sea views, and they’re kept spotless. Having a secluded beach right there is a bonus, and the bus stop is only a two-minute walk away. Sometimes the resident cat even comes to greet you after an evening out. I can’t recommend it enough.

We’ve been back to Kolios House several times and are already looking forward to another visit. It has that home away from home feeling, with welcoming hosts and lovely people around. The house itself is beautiful, peaceful, and has great views. You’re close to the beach, but it’s still quiet enough to relax.

We only stayed about a week, but we were taken with the place almost as soon as we arrived. Zoey and her family gave us such a warm welcome, and the apartments and nearby beaches were gorgeous. The cleanliness and kindness throughout made the stay feel better than we could have hoped for. We’d definitely suggest it to anyone visiting the beautiful island of Skiathos.
