Villa Frideriki

Elena and Frederiki were generous, welcoming hosts. We felt at home instead of like guests, and Elena helped us out with many things during our stay. The villa was very clean, and the room and linen smelled fresh. Its location is great too, about three minutes on foot from the beach and four from the bus station.

We just got back from Frideriki after the best summer holiday we've ever had. Everything was gorgeous, and the cleanliness was beyond what I've seen even in five-star hotels. The reviews are real, I can confirm 😊. Thank you, Elena and Frideriki, for being so kind and for the lovely company in the mornings and evenings. See you again as soon as we can 🤗

The area suited us better than Skiathos town. It was much quieter, with beautiful local beaches and great restaurants nearby, but still only a short bus ride or drive from everywhere. We had a Seaview room that was super comfortable, and its balcony was perfect for breakfast with a view. We spent five amazing nights at Villa Frederiki, and Elena and her family made our time in Skiathos even better with their hospitality. We booked quite late and had been choosing between a few places. Some of the glowing reviews made us wonder if they might be fake, haha, but we're so glad we chose Frederiki. From picking us up after our delayed flight with such a warm welcome to helping us rent a car and recommending restaurants and beaches that suited us, they couldn't do enough for us. We especially enjoyed having morning coffees on the terrace with the family and learning about Greek culture and running tips. Thanks, Nikos! ;) Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their kindness made the stay really heartwarming. We can't recommend the place enough and already look forward to coming back. We've been coming here since 2018, and many of the guests at Villa Frideriki return year after year. That says a lot if you're looking for a nice place to stay. On our first visit, we found a home here. Elena, the owner, is the heart of the villa, while her mother, whom we call Iaia, is its engine. There's a beautiful view from your own balcony, and if you sleep with the window open, you can wake up with it right in front of you. The rooms are very clean because Iaia keeps them spotless, and the place itself is beautiful. You should be happy to receive Greek hospitality, because Elena treats her guests to coffee, sweets, water and all kinds of treats 😍. Be prepared to fall in love with Elena and her family, with Skiathos, with Elens's coffee and with everything you experience at the villa. Skiathos is an amazing island, and Villa Frideriki feels like a second home here. You'll see 😍
