Stergios summer dream house

The owners were helpful and accommodating throughout, even stopping by to check that everything was okay. We had a great stay and are already thinking about returning next year. The villa is well placed halfway between Rhodes old town and Lindos, with each no more than 30 minutes away. There’s a decent sized pool that isn’t too deep and works well for children, plus a small play area with toys. Inside, there are three good sized rooms, two upstairs and one downstairs, all with air conditioning. There are also two bathrooms, one on each floor, with great shower pressure and hot water always available. The kitchen and living room are adequate, with what you need to cook small meals. A few restaurants and shops are within a short walk if you don’t want to go far, though we found the shops quite expensive. Lidl is about a 25 minute drive away and has everything you need at a more reasonable price.

We spent 10 days here in June 2021 and would recommend the house. It’s a new bungalow style building, and the stone fence made the first impression a little different from what we expected. Inside, though, the photos were accurate, and we found it peaceful and perfect for our holiday. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning. There’s a shower and toilet in each bathroom, and while the pool is small, it’s enough to cool off in. The house also has a very large, partly covered terrace with plenty of places to sit and relax. The kitchen is adequately equipped, though we barely used it, and the same goes for the BBQ. We only had breakfast at the house. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and they were happy to have us. Filimon was very friendly and answered all our questions. Papa Stergio lives next door and was available if needed without disturbing our privacy. Filimon and family, thanks so much for taking good care of us.

The beds were comfortable and there was loads of hot water, which isn’t always the case in greece. This is one of the nicest properties I’ve ever stayed in, and the villa and surrounding area were perfect.

The pool is a big bonus, and the outside area is spacious. The place is clean and in good condition. I’d recommend renting a car to get to the beaches.
