The rooms are small, the fridge barely works, and air-conditioning costs extra. I also wouldn't recommend eating at the restaurant. Guests can't use the poolside tables and chairs unless they're ordering food, even if they're staying at the property. Most of the family running the place were nice, but the husband was a real problem. He seemed to have no understanding of customer service and made me feel like I wouldn't want to return. There are plenty of other cheap places to stay, so I'd choose one of those.

The family made us feel as though we were in their own home, and nothing was too much trouble. There was Greek dancing everyone could join in with if they wanted, plus good food and service. It's a lovely little hotel, and I can't praise the family who run it enough. xxx

The location was not too bad, but the rooms were dirty. The toilet smelled bad and had mold, and the people responsible for the hotel weren't friendly. Neighbours were shouting at night, so I couldn't sleep. When you come to Kos to rest, this isn't the hotel for you. The owner told me I couldn't smoke on the balcony and said to leave if I didn't like it. You can find a better hotel in Kos for less money.

A cozy, lovely place, and the staff are charismatic and very helpful. You can tell they enjoy their work. The apartments are okay, nothing special, though you'll probably be out and about 90% of the time anyway.
