Eftihia Apartments

There’s a pool nearby, a supermarket close by, and Kos City Center is about a ten minute walk away. A cheaper supermarket is much farther east, 5,5km down the road, so it may be worth driving there. The rooms are unusual and the garden is beautiful. The building layout gives you quite a lot of privacy, and it's reasonably soundproof. There's good air conditioning, a small working fridge and a sink, but only just enough glasses and plates for each room. Cleaning, laundry for the provided towels, and dishes are done around 2 PM, so get up and have breakfast before then. Since cleaning happens daily, there are no cleaning supplies like a broom or trash bags, and no fresh towels left in the room.

We enjoyed spending time in Eftihia's quiet garden, with its lovely view and nice trees. The location is handy too, close to the center and many of Kos's ancient sites, and nice beaches are within easy reach by bike. The room itself was basic. Some things, like the trash bins, didn't work properly and could be replaced, though that wasn't a big issue. We also weren't told the reception hours, so after arriving after 2 PM we had to wait a while to check in. We liked Eftihia aparts overall!

The owners were very kind and helpful, and our room was clean and spacious. It's a great place with a beautiful garden, close to both the beach and the town centre.

The rooms were sparkling clean, and the garden is gorgeous, with thriving trees and ruins inside that make the place feel unique. Manos clearly cares for every plant. It's a cozy place close to the city. There were four or five cats; they mostly left us alone unless they were hungry. We're really glad we chose to stay here. Thanks for everything!
