Mitsis Norida

There were restaurants and bars all around the hotel, including on the beach, and the food was delicious. We were amazed by how much there was to choose from each day, and everything we tried tasted good. With so many dining options, I did put on a few kilos during the week! 😆 The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Whenever we asked for something, they did their best to help quickly and make us comfortable. We’re going home very satisfied and would highly recommend it for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. They really do work hard to uphold the Mitsis name and its high standards. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Marinela deserves a special mention. She looked after us so well and greeted us like old friends every time, which made the stay feel special. From our arrival onward, all the staff gave us the warmest welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a wonderful four-day getaway at Mitsis Norida with my girlfriends. The resort was fabulous, with a fantastic choice of bars and food, and our room was perfect with incredible sea views. We also had fun on a boat trip and while paragliding. A visit to Kardamena was lovely too. We enjoyed Buddies bar, Bliss bar, and the charming streets and shops, with friendly people everywhere. We’ll definitely be back.

The pools, beach and rest of the hotel were very clean and well cared for, and our room looked out over them. We had an amazing week and the hotel is definitely worth a visit, though to me it feels more like four-star than five. It wouldn’t take much to bring it up to five. The buffet was tasty but had limited choice, and the dining area felt tired and could use an update. We also ate breakfast at the grill three times and booked the on-site à la carte restaurants, which were wonderful. Most of the staff were friendly and the service was okay. Altin at the pool bar really stood out, he was fantastic, and the rest of the team could learn from him. There are buses to Kardamena and Kos from right outside the hotel. We rented a car for 48 euro and drove around the whole island. I highly recommend going to Zia for the sunset, it was phenomenal. There are also some shops and supermarkets on site for convenience.

The beach was close by, with great facilities and gorgeous views of the crystal-clear water, and our room had a beautiful view. The pizza and crepes on the beach were amazing, and so were the people working there. What made our stay at Mitsis Norida especially memorable was how kind and happy everyone was. We’ve stayed at a few Greek resorts, but haven’t experienced such warmth across the whole team before. From reception to all the waiters, everyone was polite, friendly and cheerful. The entertainment team also deserves a special thank you. The four gentlemen who were part of the team during the first week the hotel opened were unlike any we’d experienced before. They were funny, upbeat, easy to talk to, and always greeted us when they saw us. We’d return to Mitsis Norida without hesitation.
