Tselikas

We felt very comfortable as a couple at the Tselikas hotel, and we'll be back next year. The evening meals at the restaurant were tasty and varied, and the breakfast buffet had a huge range of choices. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. We were very satisfied with our pleasant stay, and this hotel deserves an extra star.

The room was clean and breakfast was decent, but that barely made up for how bad the room was. The WiFi barely worked, and overnight water leaked through the ceiling. Within an hour my bed was soaked, with a little lake forming where I was meant to sleep. Before that, the room key wouldn’t work and someone had to bring me a real key. The main door also wouldn’t open without a shove, so I had to kick it to get inside. There was no reading light or socket for charging my phone, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. I was on my own, thankfully, because that could’ve been a bigger problem. An awful stay, absolutely unacceptable.

We stayed one night on the way back to Thessalonique Airport, mainly to cool off in the pool during a really hot afternoon. The garden and pool were amazing, and the family running the hotel were lovely. Service was friendly and great, too. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty to choose from, including lots of handmade items. At reception, they even gave us handmade olive oil soap as a parting gift. A nice touch.

We had a good family room, and breakfast was nice, with plenty of healthy choices. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the kids loved the pool. They also got to watch a movie at the summer cinema on Saturday night, which they enjoyed. Everything was wonderful. We’ll come back if we need to stay around Kozani.
