Anastasia Beach Hotel

We were a group of 17 and all of us were satisfied. We first stayed here in 2022, then returned from 17.7. 2025, and the hotel has made huge progress. The food was great, all the employees were super nice, and the rooms were pleasant, cleaned daily with fresh towels. Fjoralba, the manager, was amazing and tried to fulfill every guest's wishes. The beach is the best. Thanks, we'll definitely come back! ❣️

The location was very good, the staff were friendly, the room was cleaned every day, and it was nice to have the hotel's own sunbeds by the pool. The food was okay, though more like a 3-star than a 4-star hotel. Sleep was a big problem. There was partying every night until 23-24 o’clock, and private loud parties on most nights that staff didn't address. On the last night, a man and woman from reception argued loudly for almost the whole night, which was inappropriate. At first I had to keep asking staff to clean the dirty dining tables, though they eventually became more attentive. The all-inclusive drinks selection was poor and the alcohol was bad. The rooms are old, the bathroom was awful, and shower water covered the floor. Cleaning wasn't thorough: the shower glass and mirrors were dirty, and we had to ask for shower gel because the empty bottle wasn't refilled. There were no sponges, bathroom kit, or anything like that. Better bathroom facilities, proper cleaning, and quiet nights would have made the experience much better.

We could rely on the service from delegate Barbora Bagová, who made our holiday more enjoyable, and waiter Fiovi was kind and hardworking. The hotel was clean, and the staff were always helpful. Hotel Anastasia's location, food, nature, and everything else were great. We really enjoyed our holiday and are extremely happy with it. We'd highly recommend it.

A wonderful, one-of-a-kind place. The bartenders, chefs, and manager Fjoralba are all wonderful. Everyone works to make this place beautiful.
