The room was clean and modern, and it suited us for four nights. The long check-in wait was rough, though: we waited four hours last June, and I had to ask five times before he took me seriously. He made me feel like I was being a nuisance. They gave us free Wi-Fi for two days to make up for it, which I appreciated. On our last day, they said we’d taken their cups. We offered to let them check our bags, but they wouldn’t, and it was odd that the cups had apparently gone missing just as we were leaving. I paid a tenner for one. It wasn’t a huge amount, but arguing over a cup felt silly. Friendlier staff and a shorter wait would’ve made this four stars for me.
