Eora Studios

We spent 10 days here and never regretted booking it. Though it’s in Laganas, the apartment is away from the noisy clubs and restaurants, so it was a cozy place to come back to after a day in the sun. Tina welcomed us with water and delicious pastries from a local bakery. Her husband Sakis / Denis is always smiling and upbeat. In the mornings you might find him working in his wood shop or looking after the lovely garden and the furniture he made. The room was clean, with hot water and a properly working air conditioner. Sheets and towels were changed every two days, and the towels, robes, and slippers were clean and in good shape. If you needed anything, you could just ask Tina or Sakis.

Tina and her husband made us feel so welcome, even bringing us breakfast on our first morning. They were open, warm, and always there if we needed anything. The room was spotless and surprisingly spacious for two, with everything we could need, including beach towels and toothbrushes. It was cleaned often, too. Eora Studios is well connected to the main areas of Zakynthos, and the kindness of the welcome makes it easy to recommend.

Room 5 was very clean, cozy, and looked great. The bed was soft, and when I checked under the covers, the mattress and pillows were clean and stain-free. Everything seemed brand new, without chips or scratches. A taxi driver said the studios were new, though he thought they might previously have belonged to someone else under a different name. The kitchen had a sink, utensils, and what we needed to cook. The fridge freezer could fit two 1.5L water bottles, which was a nice bonus.

The host was great to communicate with, and the apartment was clean. It’s also conveniently close to Laganas beach and the main restaurants. A lovely place.
