The spa is heavenly, and everywhere is accessible for wheelchair users. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our lower-price room was clean and good, though some details could use attention, including a noisy AC and loose bathroom parts. Those issues didn't make the stay unpleasant.

The food was much more extensive than we expected, and really high quality. There were Greek specialities and a wide spread of breads, salads, fruit and vegetables, cheese, meats, pizza, Italian pasta, meat dishes, chips, fish, chicken, vegetable dishes, rice, soups, crepes, ice cream and plenty of desserts. You could go back as often as you wanted. The waiters were attentive, keeping our water topped up and clearing plates. A quick tip: read the signs carefully, as the information is in English. The all-inclusive price was amazing, and the drinks menu had a wide selection, including cocktails as well as beer and wine. We went at the end of October, just before the season finished. The hotel was beautiful, clean, spacious and top quality. Our two double rooms faced the pool and sea and had balconies. They were tidy and had everything we needed, including a safe, toiletries, hair dryer and towels. The large outdoor pool was well kept and nearly empty. There's also a smaller thermal pool outside, an indoor pool and a spa. I had a wonderful blow dry and style for only €30. The staff were brilliant, especially Giorgos the waiter, who made our evenings special and was so helpful and welcoming. The town is nearby, an easy walk along the coast. We didn't use the beach, but it looked more pebbly than sandy. There were plenty of options for me as a vegetarian.

The facilities were in extremely poor condition, old and damaged, with rust and no sign of renovation. The sauna ceiling felt like it was right over our heads, the wood was broken, and the glass and doors were dirty. There was nowhere to put our things in the showers, so I left mine on the floor. I attached pictures of what we saw. It was a really bad experience, and I wouldn't have gone if I'd known. We came from Athens to use the spa and called several times to ask about the price and facilities. Once we arrived, we were told hamam was an extra €20 per person, with sauna and pools costing €20 each. The employees gave us different information several times. If you want to pay for a bad experience, this is your place.

The food was out of this world, and every staff member I dealt with was so polite. I've spent summer holidays with my family in Greece for the past 20 years, and this is probably the best hotel experience I've had there. It was a pleasure staying here, and I recommend it to future guests.
