We had a wonderful stay, especially enjoying the pool area. Spiros at the pool bar was incredibly kind and attentive, and was always ready to help. He made the experience even better. Amazing hotel!

For my first time in zante, I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was clean and well maintained, and the food was lovely. The rooms are basic but clean, and I'd definitely stay here again if I came back. Some dishes on the menu weren't available, so they might need to update it. The air conditioning was great in the small room of our double room, but poor in the big one. That's a problem when it's 37 at the hottest and 29 at the coolest. Overall, I'd highly recommend the place.

The €5 pints were the one thing that made up for the rest. The room felt lifeless and at times like a prison, and it had the most vile, repulsive smell I've ever had in my nose. The plates and cutlery were disgusting. One of my friends sat on the bed because he was shattered, and it collapsed. The owner then threatened us unless we paid a €100 ransom fee. Honestly, I felt like a prisoner of war. I probably won't return to Zante, let alone this “hotel.” Despite all that, I had a pretty decent time on my holibobs this summer and was surprised by how things turned out after taking a chance on booking here.

The older owner was acting like a psycho, brought out a knife, and threatened some younger lads and girls for getting into the pool 20 minutes before it opened. He made them grab their suitcases and leave. The rooms have no connection or TV, and it's a 40-minute walk from the strip. Don't bother going here.
