We only stayed one night, with two rooms booked: Suite 301 and the adjacent room beside it. The suite was spacious, while the other room was small. Both were very clean and cozy, though I hated the plastic curtain in the walk-in shower. Breakfast was very poor and unacceptable, and the bar sitting area had nothing to offer. The elevator was tiny. Since there isn't much nearby, we were lucky to find a street kiosk for water. The hotel should at least provide a bottle. We did find a cozy cafe, En Ypati cafe, at Ypati Plaza, 4 km away. We chose the location ourselves. It's a one-man operation, and while it isn't cheap, it is very clean.

A friendly staff and a nice budget stay in loutra ipatis. The breakfast could use some improvement.
