It’s a beautiful public beach, but our visit was made unpleasant by the hotel owner next door. We were always polite and never used her sunbeds, yet on several days in a row she shouted at us, gave us hostile looks, and even clapped her hands at us. It felt unnecessary and childish.

The hostess is extremely rude to other tourists. The rooms and beds aren’t the best, either. The beach is rocky, and getting into the water hurts your feet.

A good option if you want a quiet, rocky beach right on your doorstep. The owners are friendly, the place is very clean, and there’s parking, AC, a terrace or balcony in every room, and a beautiful garden. The beach is easy to reach and gets sunshine until late evening. The kitchen has what you need, including a kettle, pans, a coffee machine or mokka cooker, and a French press. It’s not luxurious, but it’s practical and has the essentials for a fun, restful stay. The beds are good. The village is nearby, with restaurants and markets close at hand.

I stayed at nikolas beach studio in august for two weeks and really liked it. We met giota and aris, who were very nice and friendly, and the tree on the beach is amazing. We’ve booked for one month next summer.

The studio rooms are lovely, and the hosts are great. It’s right on the beach, just the thing for a quiet getaway.
