George at reception was so accommodating and had good recommendations. The staff were friendly and amazing, and the place itself felt beautiful and romantic. You get amazing caldera views that cover almost all of Santorini. Worth a visit.

The private suite was really cute, and the hotel was very clean. The views were absolutely amazing, and breakfast room service was included and top notch. It felt like true luxury in santorini.

We'd stayed at several three-star hotels on the Greek islands before coming to Dreams Resort in Imerovigli. This was easily our worst stay, despite being one of the most expensive. I don't understand the positive reviews. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with grime on the floor, a filthy toilet (see photos), broken furniture, and bugs. Staff even acknowledged that renovations were overdue. The receptionist told us he only worked there occasionally and didn't know the hotel's policies. We had asked for a non-dairy option for one of our two breakfasts, but were served dairy anyway. The food was so poor it was hard to believe we were at a resort. We raised our concerns with the manager, George, and had a polite conversation. He agreed with the owner that we could check out that morning because of the room's condition and receive a 50% refund for our final night. We checked out a day early, followed up several times, and never got the refund. By the end, it felt like a scam. Someone was sent to clean the next morning, but by then the damage was done. We left for a real five-star resort, which made the problems here even clearer. You can find much better cleanliness, service, and honesty at budget hotels elsewhere on the island. I'd urge anyone considering this place to think twice.
