The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel has an indoor pool, gym, and massages available. The rooms are spacious and the location is excellent. Parking is arranged nearby, less than a minute’s walk away. I’m giving it 4 stars because the breakfast could be better.

The staff were the best part, always friendly and ready to help. The hotel is in a really convenient spot in the middle of Larissa, with an amazing view of the anfitheater. Very nice hotel!

We had a great experience and will stay here again. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the spacious, clean rooms had a beautiful view. The beds were okay, though they could use an upgrade. The location is perfect, close to everything. At the front desk, Andromaxi and Antonis were polite and knowledgeable, and made us feel at home.

The internet was extremely slow and kept disconnecting. At check-in, they asked for another €70 for my wife to stay in the room, despite my having prepaid €237.60 for two nights, and there were other fees with no clear reason given. Even at the car parking, we were asked for social security/tax numbers to get the “exclusive” guest price. For a so-called 5★ hotel, that first impression was disappointing. It feels more like an overpriced 3★ place with a nice pool and location, but nowhere near true 5★ service.

I spent 9 nights here on a business trip. The gym and spa were included in my room rate and were pretty nice. My room was spacious enough, clean, and well heated, and the hotel staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it and come back!
