We loved the villa and would happily stay again. The agent was very helpful, and the villa was spotless when we arrived. It’s spacious, with rooms over three floors, and the lift was especially useful for heavy bags at check-in and departure. It’s in Philopappou, near good shopping and transport. The agent also arranged airport transfers for 80 euros each way in September 2023. The courtyard outside is excellent, though watch out for mosquitoes. A few things could be improved: the information folder was mostly blank sheets and agent forms. It would have been useful to have instructions for the washing machine and dryer, which were labeled in Greek, plus local food, activity and transport tips. The microwave was broken, but the agent replaced it right away. The knives were blunt; after we were asked to send photos, replacements arrived a few days later. The fridge-freezer failed intermittently and melted food in the freezer more than once. We reported it to the agent just before leaving.

A beautiful home on a quiet street below Philappapou Hill. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and you can walk to the Acropplis. It had everything we needed.
