The view is amazing, breakfast is good, and there’s plenty of parking. From a ground-floor triple room with a small garden, you’re just steps from the sea, and you can see the Poseidon temple at any time. It looks magical at night. We’ve stayed twice, once in April and again in October. Outside summer, nights get chilly, but the central air only blows cold air, so consider staying upstairs.

The sunsets from Aegean Beach Hotel were unforgettable, especially with the Temple of Poseidon in the view. We had a wonderful family stay by the sea, spending time on the beach, swimming in the clear water, and enjoying the peaceful setting. We also loved the restaurant’s tasty meals, fresh ingredients, and range of local dishes. With the scenery, comfort, and chance to relax, we’d gladly come back.

We couldn’t have been happier with our week at the Aegeon. The rooms are spacious and all face the sea, and the service was warm and accommodating. Breakfast was incredible. We also had a delicious dinner at The Veranda, where you can watch the sunset over the sea and The Temple of Poseidon. There are two tavernas on the beach beside the hotel; we tried one and really liked the food. The hotel is right on the water, about 15 minutes from the nearest town and roughly 45 minutes from Athens airport. We recommend it if you’re coming to Sunio.

We come back every year for the beach, the views of the Temple of Poseidon, and those lovely sunsets from our room. It’s a real hidden gem. From check-in, everyone makes you feel welcome, and the staff are friendly and always keen to help. The food is excellent, especially breakfast.

We had a lovely Easter Sunday lunch at the restaurant and the service was very good. The Mageiritsa and kokoretsi were just right, and everything else tasted great too. We didn’t stay at the hotel, but the beach was beautiful and the sea was lovely. I highly recommend it.
