We arrived on the island at midnight after an eight-hour boat trip to Lipsi, exhausted and with nowhere to stay. We’d booked a room by phone three weeks earlier, then confirmed again two days before arriving. Both the owner and his son said everything was fine and they were expecting us. When we got to Anna Studios and asked for our room, the owners acted as if there was no booking under our name. We reminded them we’d spoken to both of them several times, including just a couple of days earlier, but they kept making excuses and denying it. It turned out they’d given our room to someone else. They never told us, and we were left without accommodation at midnight. It seemed they’d double-booked to make more money. We left and never came back. The owners’ behaviour was rude and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust or choose this place.

There’s a lovely garden with lemon trees, a friendly cat family, and plenty of shade. The location is great, close to the village, and the rooms are very clean and equipped with the essentials, including a kettle and ice tray. The shower is large and powerful, and it’s very good value.

Mr Manolis and his family were great hosts, and we had a really good time. The garden is amazing, the location is perfect with everything walkable, and the rooms were clean and cosy with all the essentials. The internet was great too. Highly recommend!

The garden cats were so sweet and cozy, and happy to be petted. Our room was cool, clean, and had all the amenities. The staff were really kind and helpful.

We were about a 10-minute walk from a beautiful beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. We had an amazing time there!
