Giannis was an extremely friendly and helpful owner. When I had a problem with my car rental, he went out of his way to help me. The housekeeping staff were lovely too and kept everything tidy. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the unique apartment Filoxenia. It's spacious, spotless, and well maintained inside and out, with an indescribable view. The place felt precious, almost like a retreat.

A lovely place to rest and restore yourself in peace. The Libian Sea views are beautiful. Lentas is nearby for walks, and there's a small, safe beach about five minutes away on foot. There's also a restaurant very close by for breakfast and lunch.

The rooms are comfortable and good. The shower curtains were too short, though, so the whole bathroom got wet. It's a simple fix.

Our time at Filoxenia was not only satisfying but fascinating. Many thanks to Katerina, Vasilis and BOSS Janis :) :) :) from Julianna and Beata. Between the turquoise sea and sun-scorched hills, the setting is beautiful. Filoxenia is well prepared and equipped, with professional service for tourists. As the name suggests, guests can expect warmth, friendliness, and sympathy. The hosts take great care of people, meet their needs, and help with both small and big problems.

Cash only (2015). If you want to avoid all-inclusive resorts, huge buses full of drunk tourists, and that whole scene, this is the best place in Crete for you.
