The mountain views from the balconies are lovely, and every room has one. The rest of the stay was disappointing: the hotel is very old, and the rooms, especially the bathrooms, urgently need renovation. Cleaning was basically absent, even though the cleaners came by each day for reasons I couldn't understand. Breakfast also included food left over from the previous day's dinner. The hotel is outside the village, with shops, cafes, and restaurants about 2.5 km away, though the beach is a five-minute walk. The family-run setup seems to mean cuts are being made everywhere, including food and cleanliness.

This was just the kind of break I personally wanted, and I enjoyed staying here. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I liked the breakfasts and dinners, especially the coffee. There are two swimming pools, plus a particularly clean beach not far from the hotel. Restaurants, shops, and other places are about 2 km away.

The mountains and sea are the nicest part of the stay. The beach is a little out of the way, so it stays fairly quiet and uncrowded. The service was friendly and supportive, which is why I give the hotel two stars rather than one. It may be rated three stars, but it feels old and seems to have had little renovation or improvement. There’s no entertainment, and WiFi barely works in the lobby and isn’t available in the rooms. Rainy days can be pretty dull there. A few books or board games would help.

It has a really cozy, home-like feel. The restaurant owner is so hospitable and often gives guests treats from the hotel. I’d happily recommend it to everyone ❤️❤️❤️
