We came back to Fexulis because we enjoyed our first stay so much. The hosts were warm and helpful when our favourite room, the top-floor family room, wasn’t available for all ten nights. They let us leave our bags in the first room and moved everything to the new one while we were at the beach. That top-floor room is lovely, especially the 360-degree terrace with views reaching Kefalonia. The rooms were very clean and tidied daily, with towels and sheets changed every four days. They even arranged my daughter’s stuffed toys in cute, funny ways on her bed each day. There’s a small kitchenette with basic gear and a little stove for simple meals. Several great restaurants and bars are an easy walk away, and Agios Nikolaos port is about a 15-20 minute walk downhill.

The north of the island was amazing to explore, and much more interesting to us than the crowded south. Our apartment stayed clean the whole time, the hosts were really nice and polite, and the place was peaceful with lovely morning views. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

Fexulis sits in a quiet olive grove with a beautiful view of the sea, and it made a great base for visiting the lovely beaches in the north of the island. Andreas and his parents were very kind and made our arrival easy and pleasant. Our room was spotless and serviced every day.

The host was kind, and the rooms were clean and well organized, with wonderful views. Agios Nikolaos port is just a few minutes away, where you can book a boat trip to Shipwreck Beach and the Blue Caves.
