We had a special stay and would happily come back. Petra’s centre was close, the sunsets were beautiful, and our room had a lovely setting. The rooms could use renovation, especially the bathroom, but it didn’t affect my rating. Breakfast was made fresh each day, with two kinds of bread, cheese, ham, jams and Nutella, fruit and vegetables, eggs and/or scrambled eggs, several teas, coffee, water, and orange juice. I disagree with the earlier reviews: for this price range, the hotel met my expectations and suited what I wanted. Greetings to the owner and her Son, and thanks again for having us!

We were glad to find a small hotel that worked as a base for exploring the island. My partner and I spent seven days in Petra after getting a last-minute room-and-breakfast offer from TUI. The room was small, with a lovely partial sea view and a huge, comfortable bed. We were on the ground floor, close to the sidewalk, which had worried me at first, but it turned out to be quiet and pleasant. The location is excellent, close to Petra’s little centre and the beach, where there are sunbeds and umbrellas. There’s a small fruit shop a minute away. The owner was especially friendly and helpful. When we had an issue with a leaking tap, it was fixed quickly, so I’ve nothing to complain about. Breakfast was very good, especially the fresh bread each day. We really rested here, and enjoyed the friendly cats that came to our balcony every evening. I would have taken one of the little females home if I could.

Rodoula was so sweet and welcoming, and made our stay feel extra special. The place itself is beautiful, very clean, and peaceful. Highly recommended.

For what it costs, the standard was fair. A few things could be fixed, like the shower, which would be better with a curtain, and the breakfast products could be improved. The staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful, though, and made the stay much better.
