Elmi Suites Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

The location made it easy to explore Crete, while still feeling peaceful enough to relax. I especially liked the pool area and the cozy shared spaces. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices, and the room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with what I needed. The staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived, and I felt at home throughout my stay. Their care for guests really stood out. It was a lovely experience, and I’d happily come back. Highly recommended for a visit to Crete.

The all-inclusive bars were really good, and the staff were lovely, polite, helpful, and hardworking. Meal times ran smoothly because everyone seemed to know their role. There was something for everyone, with food freshly cooked, and I found it absolutely fine. It’s a large complex with several buildings, some older than others, and a few mostly small pools. We never managed to find space at the main pool. It was very disappointing that guests could leave towels on loungers while they were still asleep.

We had a really enjoyable stay, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The room was more spacious and comfortable than we expected, with air conditioning and a kitchenette that had a fridge and sink. Some parts of the hotel felt a little old and needed repairs, but the place was still very nice. The all-inclusive food was very good, with the chef trying to offer something different each day. It’s good value and well located near beaches and pubs.

We stayed for one week, and I’d tell families to avoid this place. The all-inclusive package didn’t feel all-inclusive, vegetarian choices were limited, and our room wasn’t cleaned every day. There were mosquitoes, and the room phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t contact reception or the manager. Customer service was extremely poor. After chasing for 5 days, Nicholas finally got in touch and said he’d compensate us, but he kept avoiding us and made promises he didn’t follow through on. We eventually got compensation from the booking agent. On a well-deserved holiday, you should pay for what you actually get. Please avoid at all costs.
