Indigo Inn Hotel & Indigo Suites Collection Adults Only.

We booked at the last minute for me and my two kids, and the staff were amazing: super helpful, knowledgeable, and caring, especially Olyah. Since it was a last-minute booking, they upgraded us from breakfast only to half board, which was delightful. Our room had three levels, which sounds odd but gave us plenty of space, with a kitchen, a floor for the kids, and the master bedroom upstairs. The facilities were standard, but everything was very clean and well maintained. The hotel dining room and pool are on the main street, just a one-minute walk away, so it was fun to step outside. The hotel is on a small street just off the centre of the main road, a great location.

I’m giving one star because of what happened when we arrived at around 2 a.m. Even though we’d booked months earlier through travel agencies, the receptionist told us there were no rooms available. He offered us a stay in other apartments far from both the hotel and the city. We spent that night there, then returned to the hotel in the first hour of the morning to speak with the manager. After we argued, he gave us a room at the hotel. It seems this happens daily.

For what we paid for all-inclusive, this was an excellent hotel. The food was really good, with plenty of choice each day, and all the staff were brilliant. The chef was especially helpful: because my wife is gluten intolerant, he walked her around and explained what was safe for her. There were always six or seven dishes to choose from, as well as salads. Spiros, the general manager, is a really nice guy, helpful and very informative, and good to chat with. The room was cleaned daily, and the pool was good and well maintained. Would we stay again? Definitely!

Sara deserves a special mention for always helping us with a smile. The service throughout was excellent, and the staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Our room was lovely and clean, just what we wanted. We also looked forward to every meal: the food was fresh, had plenty of variety, and tasted like the chefs really cared about what they were making. We had a fantastic stay at Indigo Inn and enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer.
