The balcony view was stunning, and the room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and felt safe, which was perfect for my child's sleep. It also had everything I could need, from practical essentials to thoughtful little touches, so traveling with a child was much easier. At Mastorakis Hotel and Studios, the staff were kind from the start. They made us feel truly welcome, were always friendly and smiling, and helped with anything we needed. Their hospitality really reflects the Cretan spirit. Thank you for making our family trip to Crete so special. I'd definitely recommend it and hope to return soon!

The location is peaceful, close to the center of Hersonisos but away from the noise. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed during our stay. A lovely hotel, and I'll definitely come back when I visit Hersonisos again.

We enjoyed our eight-night stay. Our deluxe room was spacious, and the hotel was convenient for someone with a car. The staff were always nice and helpful, and we could check out late for an extra €15. There's a pool and a mini-bar serving a very basic breakfast. The mattresses were extremely hard, the air conditioning was preset to a maximum of 24 degrees, and we would have appreciated having our bedsheets changed once. Even with those issues, I'd recommend the place.

The staff were very nice and the location works well as a midpoint for traveling. But sleep was a real problem. On two of our three nights, teenagers were shouting and laughing in the hallway, slamming doors and running around as if the hotel were empty. This went on at 4-5 AM. Without that, it would have been perfect.
