Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

The hotel is close to the beach and in a perfect location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were well maintained. Great value for money. I'd stay here again.

The only small downside was the pool, which is quite small. Otherwise, the relaxing atmosphere, excellent facilities, and tasty food with a good choice of options made for a great seven-day stay. The room was tidy and clean, and the staff were lovely and attentive. They took care of all my requests, and the manager deserves a special thanks. My experience went beyond what I expected, and I'd definitely return.

Ramona, the waitress, made my stay especially memorable. She has a rare knack for hospitality, warm and attentive, and genuinely cares about every guest. The food and drinks were another highlight, fresh, well prepared and served with style. Thanks especially to karyna and malamo, who welcomed me to the resort and answered my questions so well. Everyone at Palmera helped make it feel like home, and I'll certainly return if I visit Crete again. From the spa to the beautifully kept grounds, Palmera Spa Hotel feels thoughtfully put together. The setting is serene and welcoming, with modern comfort and a lovely mix of luxury and relaxation. A dream destination, and the people are what make it.

We couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Everything was perfect, and we genuinely felt the staff were sad to see us go. They gave us an amazing send-off after making us feel welcome throughout our stay, from the GM and hotel manager to the cleaners. Big thanks to the bar staff, boss man, the ladies at reception, and especially Romona, who was brilliant with guests. Ali and Nico in the restaurant looked after us so well. Ali's cooking was second to none, and mr Nicklaus (Nico) is a legend and the funniest man ever. Thank you.
