Great service, and everything was made to fit what we needed. We rented two scooters and rode from Chersonissos to Sisi beach, then hired a coral-red Fiat 500 cabrio for a day. It was a decent car, and I loved the colour. Ian & Chantal

Really good service for a reasonable price. They brought the car to us in Maleme, and we explored that side of the island before driving it to Malia and dropping it off there. They were very responsive whenever we needed information.

We had a terrible experience with this car rental, despite the positive reviews. The 50cc scooter, which did look fairly new, was quoted at €30 with insurance. After we agreed, we waited about half an hour for a pickup to the Royal Rental main parking lot. While we were filling out the contract, the price changed to €45 per scooter for full insurance. We hesitated at the 50% increase and said we wanted to think it over. The man clearly didn’t like that, crossed out the contract and unfriendly told us to leave. POP Motors is about 200 metres away. I’d strongly recommend going there instead.

We got a VW Transporter for a day at €110, with space for nine people. The rental was arranged through the Fischer travel agency, so it came with unlimited kilometres, no deposit and full coverage. Great service.
