Maria Apartments

We made some really special family memories here, and I’d definitely come back. The apartments were spotless, the staff and cleaners were amazing, and there are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. The beach is only a short walk away, and the atmosphere was so friendly. We came to Maria Apartments to celebrate my parents’ 25th wedding anniversary. They had stayed here when they got married, when my mum was pregnant with me, so it felt special to finally visit together after all these years.

Janette made sure we could have the very same apartment we stayed in 25 years ago, which was so thoughtful. We spent a fantastic two weeks at Maria Apartments for our 25th anniversary. We were married in St Paul’s Bay and stayed at Maria Apartments then as well. Nothing is too much trouble, and Janette will organize whatever you need. Thank you for making the holiday so special. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

Maria’s is right on Beach Road, so I don’t have to walk far, and it’s still lovely and quiet when I need to rest, thanks to the triple glazing. I have a chronic illness, and Janette and Jorita are always caring and supportive of what I need. They make our holidays special and pay such close attention that we now count them as friends, not just hosts. They’ll arrange taxis or transfers, can provide a late checkout on request, and can leave shopping ready for our arrival if we ask. They also put large bottles of water in the fridge, which saves carrying a heavy load from the supermarket. The traditional-style apartments are immaculately clean, with comfortable beds, plenty of storage and a kitchen equipped for snacks and light meals. There’s complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, plus air conditioning and a safe at no extra cost. You wouldn’t be disappointed staying here.

We were treated like family from the very start, and no request was too much trouble. Janette and her team were incredibly professional and organized from booking through departure. The room, grounds and building were spotless, with fresh towels every day. Great location and amazing hosts. I’d highly recommend Maria apartments to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Pethkos.
