Maris Lindos, Suites and Apartments

The room was clean and the housekeeper, who’s around the property most of the day, cleaned it daily. The location in Lindos is perfect, and we got clear directions before we arrived. Communication was very good. The internet was really slow, though, and the TV gave us trouble. Someone came twice to fix it, but it wasn’t really usable until our last day. That was disappointing.

The suite was spotless and very comfortable, with a thoughtful layout and tasteful decor. When we arrived, the owner welcomed us with a snack box of gourmet treats and a bottle of champagne. It was a lovely personal touch and set the tone for a warm, caring stay. Maris Lindos Suites & Apartments is right in the heart of Lindos, so getting to the center and the beautiful beaches on foot was easy. We were close to the buzz of town but could still enjoy the quiet of the apartment. We stayed from July 1st to July 3rd and had a wonderful time. It’s more than just somewhere to sleep, with comfort, cleanliness, convenience and a welcoming atmosphere. We’d happily recommend it to future visitors and look forward to coming back.

We had a cozy, comfortable stay and really enjoyed the lovely terrace. I found myself wondering how old the olive tree might be. Thanks for having us, and we hope to return someday 🙏❤️

The room looked pretty and the snacks were nice, but I had a number of problems during my three-day stay. There was no maid service, no bathroom trash was emptied and the cups weren’t changed. The AC couldn’t keep up with Lindos’ July heat, unlike every other hotel I stayed in. The internet was down the whole time. I asked the owner for a refund and got a tiny one, but she said I had to go through Expedia. I did, and they told me she repeatedly hung up on them. Shady. Parking at the restaurant she directs you to costs an extra 7 euro a day, which wasn’t mentioned in the hotel information. I asked for a discount in Greek and got one, but still had to pay for one day. Even with her directions, the place was very hard to find, since the sign says “Maris Studios,” which isn’t really its name. Honestly, Lindos is a tourist trap and heat dome. I’d only go for a day trip and stay somewhere else.
