Olympios Zeus Hotel Bungalows by Anayia All Inclusive Resorts

The food was delicious, whatever we chose, and the beachside restaurant, bar, and two groups of sunbeds were convenient. The hotel is made up of bungalows for two, three, or four people, and it’s easy to reach. Pools sit by the beach and were spotless, with a lifeguard there all day. No jumping is allowed. There’s plenty of free beach space for football or volleyball. There isn’t much for children to do, even though the hotel has room for more activities. All in all, very good value for money.

The room we’d booked wasn’t the one we got on arrival. It had mold, smelled bad, and had old, uncomfortable beds, nothing like the booking pictures. I showed the photos to reception and raised the issue, but was told it was “the same.” They only called and changed our room after I insisted and threatened legal action. The facilities were in unacceptable condition, and the rooms were dirty and full of old furniture. The all-inclusive food fell far short of expectations, with very little choice, below even basic standards. Twice, meals were counted per person despite our having already paid for all-inclusive. The place also felt very unfriendly for families. The whole area was dark in the evenings, with nothing for children to play with. There were so many pool restrictions that kids weren’t even allowed to play or run. We were disappointed from the start.

Sofia, the manager, made a real difference to our stay at Olympious Zeus. She was welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, always checking that things were going smoothly and going out of her way to help. It was clear she cared about the guests. The spot is stunning, right at the foot of Mount Olympus and just steps from the beach, with beautiful nature all around. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and everything felt well organized. I can’t recommend Olympious Zeus enough.

The ladies cleaned our bungalow every morning, and it was clean in the first place. The complex is lovely, with lots of trees, the food is excellent, and the staff are always smiling. The managers were very polite and nice. We had one of our best holidays and are hoping to come again in September if there’s room. Thank you for your hospitality!
