Georgia, who is the mother of Giasemi rooms, makes breakfast every day, and Mr. Giannis, the father of the place, is always checking what you need. Their care felt like what you’d get from your own parents, and I highly recommend meeting these lovely people. The rooms are incredibly clean every day, and there’s free parking in a peaceful, relaxing setting. Livadi is a great base in Astypalia, close to the center but away from its noise, with the sea, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. You may not get a sea or Xhora view, but we loved the personal attention.

The rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and were spotless and well equipped. I had a wonderful time at Giasemi, where the owners were so kind and welcoming, and went out of their way to look after us.

We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the conversations in the morning. The sea is nearby, about a five-minute walk, and there are two good taverns for meals. There wasn’t a view of Chora or the sea, but the people were genuine and welcoming, and the calm atmosphere made this the best choice for our Astypalaia holiday.

The rooms were renovated, spotless and had everything we could need. Mrs. Georgia made a fantastic breakfast, and the two hosts were wonderful people who made us feel completely at home. Everything was great!

Mrs. Georgia and Mr. Giannis were always ready to help with whatever we needed. Breakfast was generous, handmade and different every day. The rooms are large, very well kept and spotlessly clean, with air conditioning, a refrigerator and a big bathroom. Sheets and towels were changed daily, which stood out. The beach is two minutes away on foot and town takes about ten minutes. We highly recommend staying here and would choose it again on our next trip to Astypalaia.
