The beachfront was great, and the island is stunning, as is Lixouri, where the hotel is. The location and cleaning service were wonderful. Breakfast was fair, nothing special, and the rooms and service felt a bit overpriced for what was offered. One thing struck me as odd: the same person owns the sunbeds, umbrellas and coffee restaurant. Hotel guests paid the same prices as visitors to the public beach. I would have expected a special rate for guests.

From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt like part of the family. Dimitri, Anastasia, their two daughters and Dimitri's parents made it hard to say goodbye. Anastasia's hands-on care and the family's warm Greek hospitality made the whole stay special. The hotel was recommended to us, and after years of traveling I've never seen one run so professionally. Dimitri is an owner and architect who designed the rooms, which are cutting-edge and sensational. Breakfast was a feast, all homemade, and the honey from Anastasia’s father was the best genuine honey I've tasted.

Marina makes sure the day gets off to a lovely start with her wonderful breakfasts, all made to order. This is a gorgeous little boutique hotel overlooking the sea. The rooms are beautiful, and the two penthouse suites are amazing.

There's a great food market, A / B, nearby, as well as the police station. Parking isn't a problem if you're arriving by car. The rooms are spacious, very peaceful and exceptionally clean. The owners are hardworking and dedicated to their business. At breakfast, don't be shy about asking for what you want. There's a really sweet lady in the kitchen who makes the most delicious breakfast with cakes made with love. Highly recommended, and thanks!
