Villa Dryad

The pool was excellent, and there’s plenty to reach within a 10-minute drive. I stayed late in the season after booking privately through a friend, and the house was a good base for working remotely. It’s in a quiet, private spot just outside Sidari. A really good stay, and I’d definitely come back.

We had plenty of space to enjoy some privacy while staying with friends, and the villa itself, inside and out, was just as lovely as the photos on the website. It’s surrounded by peace and nature, but restaurants, a supermarket, and Corfu's hotspots are close by. We also enjoyed walking around the island. Christian Geith’s Rother walking guide was useful, though it’s a little outdated, so be sure to download the accompanying GPS track. We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Dryad.

The pool was a highlight, lovely and cleaned every day. It’s shallow enough for both children and adults. The rooms were tidy and clean, and there was lots of space indoors and out. We found towels, beach umbrellas, and plenty of useful supplies, including kitchen basics, cleaning products, and toiletries. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine too. The patio is a great spot, with a grill available. The house is well placed for getting to beaches across the north of the island. The owners were kind, honest, and always available. A perfect house, I’d recommend it to everyone.
