We had a really nice time here. Our room and bathroom floor were cleaned every day, and the towels and sheets were changed during the week. The view of the mountains was beautiful, and the beach was close by. Paradise taverna is right next door, and the food there was delicious. We recommend it.

We came as a couple at five in the morning and found nobody there. The key had been left in the wrong door, and getting into the room was a shock. Everything was damp, musty, moldy, and filthy: the beds, sheets, pillows, walls, and towels. Ants were all over the room, and there were cockroaches too. Unbelievable for 2022. We stayed seven days and never saw anyone at reception, morning, noon, afternoon, midnight, or after midnight. Towels were changed just once during the whole week. It took 5-10 minutes to get the shower water to a suitable temperature. The beds were so uncomfortable, squeaky, and uneven that you'd hardly believe it. There was no TV. The refrigerator was rusty, wouldn't close, and leaked enough water to make a puddle on the floor. The air conditioning didn't work. None of the apartments has a sea view. The bathroom had no soap, shampoo, or anything else, and there was no iron. The hair dryer was very loud but weak, so be patient if you have long hair. The pool listed in the description doesn't belong to the apartments. The walls looked like they hadn't been painted in at least 30 years. I've seen many hotels, rooms, apartments, ateliers, and more, and this place is a champion for all the wrong reasons. Apartments like this are worth no more than 1 EUR a night, in my opinion. 👎

We were told just one day beforehand that we'd be moved to a hotel in another city. The place is closed now for renovation, so I can't say what it'll be like afterward. It's definitely shut at the moment, and everything has been torn down to concrete if you're wondering about your reservation. I don't know how long the work will take.

The owners are friendly, and the rooms are large and air conditioned. The views are great. It's maybe a 15 minute walk from the Main strip, and there are some fantastic family-owned restaurants along the way that made our experience in Malia.

My best hotel in Malia. Manos and his sister were great. The rooms are large and cleaned every day, all for a very good price. I'll be back again.
